Our Father in Heaven and on Earth

and in our lives and in my life,

All the Names You have chosen to be called are

Holy.

Your Kingdom is coming

and your Kingdom is here in us!

Your will is being done

on Earth and in our lives,

even as it is in Heaven and in the heavens.

Give us this day our daily bread.

Forgive us for our sins

as we forgive those who sin against us.

Let our debts be paid through prudence and frugality

or through Divine miracle

even as we continue to help those

who are in need or who have worthy causes.

Test me if it is Your will

and grant me the faith and patience

to grow stronger by those tests

or let those tests pass me by.

Never the less,

not my will but Thine be done.

I pray these things to You because

this is your Kingdom

and you have the power to sustain it and us

so to You goes the glory forever.

May the

direction of the journey of my soul,

the meditation of my mind,

the words from my heart

and the health of my body

be acceptable in Your sight,

O’ Lord,

my strength and my Redeemer.

May Nancy and I both hear

as we come to the end of our journey here,

“Well done, good and faithful children!

Enter now into the joys of salvation!”

And may we find a home

in the house of the Lord,

forever.
