36 – FOR WIL, DR. A

A glimpse of granite.
at a glance, cut stone,
sharp, chipped edges.
Yet from inward,
a luminescence,
stone shine,
inherent heat.
edges melt
reveals a
smooth orb glowing.
Persuasive warmth,
source unknown
but sought.
We desire it,
So, we come,
drawn.
it is within,
from without.
