1157 CHRISTMAS RHYMES 12-19-23

How fortunate at Christmas time

are poets who-have-all

those words to rhyme!

Darkest night to brightest light!

Gifts to bring

and bells to ring!

Songs to sing

to a new-born King!

Jesus,

the meek and mild baby

laying asleep in a mangers hay,

brings about Gods glorious day.

And Mary now will always be

the Virgin Queen of Galilee.

And a cherry tree

and a Christmas tree,

forever our emblems of

“From sin set free.”
