To be loved and shriven
is all I need
to be livin’
Lovin’ my life
with my wife
and the open hearted kindness
of the Father
whose will it is
to forgive
and make it so.
I need no relivin’
of all my sins.
Nor the guilt
in rememberin’.
They are forgotten,
as though they never were.
