981 A Swimmers Delima! 04-11-21

He feared the dark depths where monsters lurked.

He feared the roiling waves cresting toward the beach.

He feared the winds of Autumnal storms.

How could any swimmer survive that terrifying chaos?

What else could he do but rest on the sand,

feel the assuring solidity of land?

That became his abiding wish,

His hope filled prayer.

His only problem there….

He’s a fish!

I love to swim and would enjoy it more if I never saw the movie, Jaws. But there’s always pools.
