PROPHESY:
The prophet must prophesy
with the vaguest, most generalized applicability possible.
Specificity, always the enemy of prophesy.
Creating anticipation never actualized,
this the prophets goal.
Thus he is never wrong,
and always employed.
RAGE:
must always be tactical,
never strategical.
Its impact intensifies,
boils,
in the calm before the storm.
If constant it becomes merely the norm,
loosing its power to overwhelm
in the continual, boring, roar.
BEAUTY
must occasionally show us the BEAST in her.
Be the ugly bitch,
unpredictably.
When her ugly possibility’s revealed,
with all its flaws and flaking skin,
the more we lust for her to be BEAUTY, again,
the more seductive she becomes.
The more in control she is.
The more of us
she owns.
