850 Out-of-Sync-Soul-Mates 7-31-19

He took a right and two lefts.
She took a right and a right and a right.
He was standing with his buddies
blocking the aisle
she was trying to pass through.
She said, “Ahem…”.
He turned.
Two breaths caught in two throats.
He stammered “Oh! Excuse me!”
She sighed, “Oh, no worries…”
Her smile staggered him
so before he could act,
she was down the aisle, out the door, gone.
His soul said, “Damn! Not again!”
Her soul said, “He’s such a klutz!
I could just kick him,
sometimes!”
