blessed by a love well lived
for theirs is a life well loved.
Who would forgo the fabrics of love?
The smooth, well warmed silk of sensual love.
The comfortable linen and flax of brotherly love.
The soft, golden threaded fleece of unconditional love.
Clothed,
protected from blistering heat
or winters wrath
or simple, daily ware,
or lonely care,
who would forgo
these Heaven given gifts
of life and love
well lived, well loved.
