507 Virtues revisited Nov. 2013

“Don’t be to righteous.
Why should you die before your time?”
asks the wise one.

Loyalty,
cold bloodless spike empaling diversity!
Fidelity,
predictable Horatio fearful to risk change!
Courage!
Wastrel, spending lives like petty cash!
Chastity,
spinsters keyless lock baring the door to ecstasy!
Frugality,
fool, hoarding pennies to grease grave diggers hands!
Obedience,
mimic of evil building gas chambers!

Beware, ye, of to much good.
Temper doing all you should.
