385 Mourners faces Nov. 2010

We gather around the grave.
On our faces, the tears, tight lips, closed eyes,
thoughts are revealed.
Despair for our loss.
Grief over missed chances.
Relief, for we continue.
Victory over the pale hand, this time.
So, we are balanced before Deaths veiled face.
Despair for what little time is left.
Grief for what can no longer be said.
Relief in the acceptance of a time we will not be.
Victory, for, no matter, the pale hand offers
Eternity.
