2 – PSALMS 150: NEW RENDITION

Alleluia!
Praise God in heaven and on earth
Praise with heavenly melody
Praise with earthly beat
For Jesus jazzed the Torah
For Joss, Joy and Jupiter
Jesus Jammed
And ever since, the boys in the band
Praise with mighty music

Louis did it with
Blasts of trumpet
Benny (another nice Jewish boy)
with drums and dancing.
Bird, Al, Harry, Tommy, Dizzy
loud with clashing cymbals
soft with souled sax
letting everything
that has breath
and a good rhythm section

PRAISE!

Alleluia!

Oh! Yeah!

David, forgive the time between this comment and my reply. I am learning how to work this geni in a bottle. Glad you like Psalms 150. It has a kin in “Jesus Played Jewish Jazz.” Do you go to the readings in Bottega in Wilmington? I think I might know you from there. reveal yourself the next time we both show up, it you are who I think you are.
